A Valencia student will be featured on CNN as part of a four-hour documentary that will air Oct. 21 and 22. The documentary,
“Latino in America,”
hosted by correspondent Soledad O’Brien, focuses on several U.S. communities, in this case, the Puerto Rican community in Orlando. Student Carlos Robles is enrolled in Conversational English courses through the Center for Global Languages at Valencia Enterprises. CNN followed his progress for eight weeks, documenting his class work and gaining insight into his life in Orlando.
